You have the right to request deletion of all personal data and account information that AdPilot holds about you. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:
Your account profile (name, email, Telegram user ID)
All Meta API access tokens and ad account credentials
Your campaign history, chat logs, and creative files
Performance logs and daily reports
All data associated with your account in our systems
Note: Deleting your AdPilot account does not delete your Meta ad account, campaigns, or data within Meta's systems. Those are managed separately through your Meta Business Manager.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1 — Email request (fastest)
Send an email from your registered address with subject "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
Email: admin@plainworks.io
Option 2 — Telegram
Message the AdPilot bot directly with: "Delete my account and all data"
The bot will confirm your identity and initiate the deletion process.
Deletion Timeline
Day 1 - Request received and identity verified
Day 3 - Account deactivated — no further API calls made on your behalf
Day 7 - All access tokens revoked and deleted from our systems
Day 30 - All remaining data permanently deleted from backups
Day 30 - Confirmation email sent to you
